This item is one of Omcan's sushi display cases. It can come in multiple dimensions and capacities. It features brilliant LED illumination on top with a front curved glass display. In the back are sliding doors for easy access.

This sushi case also features a direct cooling system with an automatic defrost. For residual condensation, there is a top evaporator with a basin to make sure the atmosphere remains optimal for storage. Last but not least, GN pans can be ordered to further enhance your sushi display.
