The Omcan FW-CN-1602 is a countertop, double bottle sauce warmer. It's meant for keeping any sauces or toppings at a temperature that's optimal for your customers. The power is turned and off by the flick of a switch, and the temperature is controlled by an adjustable temperature dial that ranges anywhere from 45° - 90° Celsius.
