It's been made of a high quality 18-gauge 304 stainless steel, that should withstand the wear and tear of any busy restaurant or bar. The 2" high step has been made of 16-gauge 304 stainless steel, and the legs and sockets are galvanized, and it comes with plastic feet.
The backsplash is 6" high and the whole thing has been NSF approved.
