Ikon's IR-6-36 is a commercial, gas powered range that is 36" wide and available in natural gas or liquid propane. This oven has six burners, and one static oven with manual thermostat controls. The front, back riser, and lift-off shelf are stainless steel. And the entire oven sits on robust 1" adjustable legs.

The top burner and oven are both 30,000 BTU. The top burner has 12" x 12" cast iron grates. The oven has three available positions for oven racks, and is shipped with two racks in the oven. As for the oven's interior, everything is porcelain coated.
